Cancellation

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment.

Failure to offer at least 48 hours in advance may result in a charge equivalent to the price of the full groom. Giving advance notice gives us the opportunity to fill your grooming slot and rearrange our schedule. Missed appointments cause losses to me sole-run business. Please be kind ♡

Late appointments

If your dog cannot be groomed the full price of the groom or treatment fee will apply. A deposit may also then be required for any further grooming or treatments that you make in the future.
